Googling a few local businesses this morning, we found what could be a new development in the way Google lists certain results:

What appears to be a mini sitemap of the most popular pages associated with the site is especially startling, due to the way it pushes the rest of the first page results off of the screen. Right now, it seems like this display of results only appears when the actual name of the business is being searched for, rather than generic keywords associated with the business. If this becomes a standard way of displaying results for any given search query (from the specific to the generic) it could have a huge impact on SEO, local Internet marketing, and even web design & development. We’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this development.
